Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple change projects or large-scale transformation initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, DMAIC, or similar methodologies.

• Own end-to-end change delivery, including planning, execution, implementation, operational readiness, and embedding of change initiatives.

• Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), governance processes, budgets, timelines, and benefits realization activities.

• Develop and execute implementation plans, communication strategies, training plans, and change adoption activities.

• Engage with senior stakeholders across operations and support functions to ensure alignment and clear RACI ownership.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational governance requirements and P3M3 standards.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

• Support operational readiness assessments and ensure successful implementation of business change initiatives.

• Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Facilitate change adoption through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.

 

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• 3+ years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of technology trends and industry best practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with C1-level English proficiency.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask effectively, and meet delivery timelines.

• Experience managing change, project, programme, portfolio, or continuous improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of Prince2, Agile, Lean, DMAIC, Scrum, or related methodologies.

• Strong financial management, budgeting, and benefits realization capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively in fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules based on business requirements.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Prince2, Agile, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications.

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or organizational change programs.

• Exposure to governance frameworks, portfolio management, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Experience in process improvement and business transformation environments.

 

Educational Qualification:

Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any discipline)
