Description
We are hiring a Software Support Executive to look after the clients who use the web applications and software we build. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; candidates from Wayanad are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
✅ What you will do:
- Answer client questions on phone, WhatsApp and email, and resolve day-to-day issues in our applications.
- Reproduce bugs, log them clearly and follow up with the development team until they are fixed.
- Set up new client accounts, import data and give onboarding training.
- Keep user guides and FAQ documents up to date.
✅ What we look for:
- Patient, clear communicator in Malayalam and English.
- Comfortable with web applications, spreadsheets and basic troubleshooting; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Organised: keeps track of every open issue until it is closed.
Experience:
- Customer or technical support: 1 year (Preferred); freshers may apply
