Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Do

As the Groundskeeper, you will play an important role in keeping the community clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents, visitors, and team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform janitorial functions required to maintain the community in a clean and safe condition
• Maintain all public and common areas in accordance with property specifications
• Conduct frequent inspections for cleanliness and maintenance needs
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new occupancy
• Complete required inspection reports and address new problems as they arise
• Assist the maintenance team with preventative maintenance and community repairs when needed
• Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
• Promptly communicate maintenance, safety, or property concerns to the appropriate team member

Qualifications

 

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

• Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, or housekeeping experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle/golf cart, if required
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and groundskeeping responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify cleanliness or maintenance concerns
• Ability to work independently while also supporting the community team
