Senior Broker Product Manager, Personal Lines | 100% Remote

A leading national insurance organization is seeking a Senior Broker Product Manager to own strategy and P&L performance for Personal Lines products distributed through the broker channel. This highly visible role will develop national broker distribution strategies, monitor portfolio performance and profitability, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own P&L objectives for Personal Lines products distributed through brokers nationally
• Partner with Sales and Distribution to develop and execute broker growth strategies
• Establish and monitor KPIs around profitability, retention, growth, and broker performance
• Analyze financial results, business mix, competitive trends, and market opportunities
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
• Collaborate across Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Legal
• Help shape pricing, underwriting appetite, product structure, and distribution strategies
• Lead strategic initiatives designed to improve portfolio performance and profitable growth

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of insurance experience, ideally within Personal Lines product, underwriting, distribution, or portfolio management
• Experience with state management, agency/broker portfolio management, business insights, or distribution analytics
• Strong understanding of Personal Lines products, pricing, underwriting, and P&L drivers
• Demonstrated ability to turn data and market trends into actionable business strategies
• Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders
• CPCU, AU, CIC, ARM, actuarial exam progress, or similar insurance designations are a plus

Salary Range:

$110K to $160K base
