About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our Technology team and play a key role in driving business improvement and operational excellence across the organisation. Reporting to the General Manager Business Process & Delivery, you will act as the primary intake and process analysis resource for business and technology initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for a curious and analytical professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, challenging assumptions and helping organisations work smarter.
Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and document end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks, duplication and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and assess business needs.
- Reframe solution-led requests into clearly defined business problems and business improvement opportunities.
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps using BPMN and process modelling methodologies.
- Prepare business cases, options analyses and recommendations to support investment and prioritisation decisions.
- Establish measurable baseline metrics and define benefits realisation measures for approved initiatives.
- Document business requirements, acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing scenarios.
- Support governance forums and project teams with analysis, insights and business process expertise.
- Promote continuous improvement, standardisation and effective business process management practices across the organisation.
About You
- Degree qualification in Business, Information Technology, Process Management or a related discipline.
- Experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Improvement within complex organisational environments.
- Strong capability in process discovery, process mapping and business process management methodologies.
- Experience developing business cases, options assessments, benefits frameworks and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions, analyse problems and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across operational, management and executive levels.
- Proficiency using BPMN, Visio or similar process modelling tools.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, care management systems or similar business applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Certifications such as ABPMP (CBPA/CBPP), BABOK/IIBA, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent will be highly regarded.
