## What you’ll do:
Lead one of Eaton’s key B-Line manufacturing operations and help position it for its next stage of growth.
Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is seeking a Plant Manager to lead its approximately 400-person, non-union manufacturing facility in Sherman, Texas. This role offers significant leadership scope, combining ownership of plant performance and financial results with the opportunity to develop the organization, strengthen operational capability, and influence the future direction of the site.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead the plant’s strategy and execution while developing a strong leadership team and advancing performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement. For a manufacturing leader who enjoys both driving results today and building an operation for the future, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the site and across the broader business.
GEIS operates within Eaton’s global Electrical Sector, supporting customers in markets being reshaped by electrification, energy transition, digitalization, and increasing demands for safe and reliable power infrastructure. With more than a century of industry experience, the business is focused on accelerating growth through innovation, operational excellence, and continued investment in its global manufacturing capabilities.
## What you will need:
Essential Functions:
- Translate business goals into a clear plant strategy, annual operating plan, and measurable priorities, with accountability for achieving the annual budget, managing costs, and delivering sustained operational and financial performance.
- Champion a proactive environmental, health, and safety culture by engaging employees in hazard identification and prevention, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reinforcing personal accountability and Eaton’s standards for ethical conduct.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction by improving product quality, on-time delivery, and productivity, aligning plant execution with customer requirements, and resolving issues that affect service and responsiveness.
- Apply the Eaton Business System and Lean/Six Sigma methods to eliminate waste, address root causes, reduce costs, and improve process reliability through disciplined problem-solving and sustained, measurable improvements.
- Build organizational capability by attracting, developing, coaching, and retaining talent, setting clear expectations, and strengthening leadership capability, employee engagement, and accountability throughout the plant.
- Align manufacturing engineering, safety, quality, supply chain, continuous improvement, HR, and finance around shared priorities, using clear communication and cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers and execute plant objectives.
