What You Can Expect

• Lead and further develop the Quality Management team
• Handle customer complaints and initiate corrective and improvement actions
• Support and prepare product, process, and customer audits

What We Expect

• Several years of professional experience in Quality Management, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in managing customer audits
• Practical experience with common quality management tools and methods (e.g., 8D)
• A resilient, solution-oriented, and dependable personality
• Willingness to travel and participate in continuous professional development
