On-Call Maintenance (Evenings & Weekends Only)
Grand Forks, ND | $30 per call-out + $28-$32/hr | As needed, evenings and weekends
Looking for a handy person who wants extra work after hours. Retired, have a day job, or just like staying busy? You pick up on-call shifts, and we call you when a resident has an urgent problem like no heat, a leak, or a lockout.
What you'll do:
- Respond to after-hours maintenance calls and fix what you can on site
- Make a good call on the spot, and call our on-call manager when a job is bigger than your limit
- Log what you did so the day team can pick up from there
You're dependable, you can swing a wrench, and you treat residents' homes with respect. Basic repair skills in plumbing, electrical, heating or appliances are a plus. We'll show you our systems.
TruHome is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
