Job Description
1. Product Fault Diagnosis and Repair:
- Conduct product defect analysis according to standard operating procedures to identify the root cause of issues.
- Use professional tools (such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, network analyzers, etc.) for product repair and testing.
2. Repair Records and Reporting:
- Record the repair process and results in detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of repair data.
- Submit repair reports regularly for review and verification by supervisors or senior colleagues.
3. Maintenance Tools and Equipment Management:
- Maintain and manage repair tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Regularly inspect and calibrate repair equipment to ensure repair accuracy.
4. Technical Support and Customer Service:
- Provide basic repair technical support and answer customer inquiries regarding product repairs.
5. Continuous Learning and Skill Enhancement:
- Participate in company-arranged training and learning activities to continuously improve repair skills and knowledge.
- Share repair experiences and techniques with colleagues to promote team progress.
