Company Summary: Medici is a modern Executive Health Center and technology company focused on revolutionizing the healthcare experience. At our flagship clinic, we deliver premium, prevention-first executive health exams powered by advanced diagnostics and AI-driven insights. We are also the creators of Dr. Gabi, a groundbreaking AI health companion app designed to put the world’s smartest, kindest doctor in everyone’s pocket—delivering personalized health and nutrition guidance 24/7. Our mission is to create a world where proactive, deeply personal care is accessible to all—through both a luxury in-clinic experience and transformative technology.
About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on, AI-forward Financial Controller who will play a critical role in managing and strengthening the financial operations that support our next stage of growth. This is not a traditional back-office accounting role.
The Financial Controller will own the day-to-day financial operations of the company while actively leveraging AI, automation, and modern financial tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, reporting, and financial controls. This individual should be excited about identifying processes that can be automated or AI-assisted and implementing smarter, more scalable ways of working.
The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in finance and accounting with a technology-forward mindset, thrives in a growing company environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and takes full ownership of the financial health of the organization.
Location & Schedule
This is a hybrid role requiring on-site attendance at our San Antonio clinic two days per week and its Austin clinic one day per month.
Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. Team members also enjoy access to unique perks such as discounts on IV therapy and M-Sculpt sessions, free onsite yoga, and catered healthy lunches.
