Receptionist & Events Coordinator
Topsfield & Newburyport, MA
On Site | Full Time | $25 hourly
Are you organized, outgoing, passionate, and detail oriented? If so, we want to hear from you as we are seeking a highly motivated Receptionist & Events Coordinator to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
Reception & Client Experience:
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
- Greet and welcome all visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with daily office operations and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.
Events & Community Engagement:
- Research venues and build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Maintain event calendars, vendor information, and event sales performance trackers.
- Assist with planning and coordinating educational seminars and community events.
- Assist with event setup and management as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable using technology, office software, and calendar management.
- 1-2 years of experience in reception, administration, customer service, or event coordination preferred.
Schedule & Location:
- Topsfield, Ma : Primary office location 2-4 days per week.
- Newburyport, Ma. : One day per week.
- Schedule : Monday-Friday, with occasional evening/weekend events as needed.
