What You'll Do:
As a Car Sales Consultant, you will:
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing and financing process.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that drives satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships utilizing CRM tools and follow-up strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Support Finance & Insurance initiatives to maximize customer value and dealership performance.
- Ensure sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with vehicle photography and online merchandising to support omnichannel sales efforts.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and visually appealing sales lot.
- Coordinate vehicle transfers and deliveries to partner locations as needed.
- Verify incoming inventory and ensure vehicles are properly checked in and prepared for sale.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

- $18.70 per hour base pay.
- Average anticipated commission earnings of $34,807 annually.

What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance goals.
- Ability to adapt and succeed within a global organization.
State Licensing Requirement:
A valid Sales License is required in the following states:
Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
