Sales & Marketing Strategist (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in sales strategy, marketing strategy, or growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, sales conversion, and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to translate marketing ideas into practical strategies that drive sales and business growth.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, hair care, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
• Ability to think strategically, lead teams effectively, and identify factors that influence customer purchasing decisions.
• Strong focus on measurable business growth, marketing performance, and sales results rather than social media engagement alone.

Responsibilities:
