We are currently expanding and seeking experienced CQC inspectors to join our growing Task Force team – delivering high-quality inspection, assurance, and improvement support to health and social care providers across the UK.

This is a unique opportunity to use your regulatory expertise in a consultancy capacity, helping providers achieve and maintain compliance while driving meaningful quality improvement.

✅ What You’ll Deliver

🔎 Inspection & Assurance

• Lead mock CQC inspections and assurance reviews across adult social care and health services
• Assess compliance against CQC frameworks, legislation, and best practice
• Produce detailed inspection reports and evidence-based improvement plans

📈 Improvement Support

• Provide expert consultancy and practical guidance to providers
• Support services through post-inspection recovery, enforcement, and quality improvement programmes
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing compliance support

🎓 Education & Sector Engagement

• Design and deliver webinars, workshops, and training sessions
• Represent the organisation at partnership meetings, provider forums, and sector events

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong professional relationships with providers, commissioners, and regulators
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care
