What We Offer

• $17-$18/hr.
• Mon.- Fri.
• Flexible hours
• 20 hours weekly

Your Day-to-Day
You'll help care for our residents by assisting with their care and discharge plans and communicating with their care team and families. You'll work under the supervision of our Social Services Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards. You'll do it alongside a close-knit team that truly loves working together.

What You'll Need

• SSA experience in SNF
• PCC proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Compassion for a vulnerable population
