Busy practices seeks an experienced Full-time Medical Receptionist. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking skills are key. You will have a high degree of responsibility and independence. This position will consist of front and back-office duties including:
- Scheduling appointments
- Responding to patient calls
- Prior authorizations
- Data entry into Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
- Scanning and faxing
- Process payments
- Perform related duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with interacting with the elderly and disabled
- Comfort with bodily fluids
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Electronic Health Records experience (EPIC)
- Process payments
- Perform related duties as assigned by manager
