Group Chief Financial Officer

A UK-listed agribusiness with operations focused in Indonesia, primarily within palm oil are searching for a Chief Financial Officer; this is a newly designed role to strengthen alignment between Indonesian based operations and the UK listed structure.

 

You will be focused supporting the business through on going strategic and financial evolution, responsibilities will include:

•           Cross-border financial leadership between Indonesia and the UK
•           Maintaining and building investor relations and stakeholder communication
•           Travel 2-4 times per year to the UK
•           Site visits to plantations in East Kalimantan circa 2 times per year

What you will bring:

-          Exposure to listed companies’ governance and reporting is necessary

-          Background within agribusiness is preferred

-          Previous CFO/ senior financial experience is a must

-          Experience with cross border financial leadership

-          Investor relations and stakeholder management experience

-          Qualified chartered accountant
