Cowboy Jack’s Saloon is located on the banks of the Eau Claire River in the fast growing River Prairie development in Altoona.
Requirements
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ability to work as part of a team in high stress situations and a fast-paced environment with accuracy and a positive attitude. Thinking on your feet, adaptation, and flexibility is key.
- Provide superior customer service to create amazing experiences which often exceed guest expectations.
- Salesmanship of Drink and Menu items. Knowledge of standard menu and updating items according to customer requests. Ensuring recipe standards are met and fulfilling order requirements correctly.
- Utilizing tools and equipment available.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
- Assist in stocking, organizing product, condiments, and ice machine.
- Notifying manager of potential inventory needs.
- Maintain health and food safety standards. Ensure that the bar is properly cleaned and sanitized.
QUALIFICATIONS
Availability
- Available for a flexible schedule and weekends.
Education/Knowledge
- Hospitality experience and 1+ years as a Bartender
- Proficiency in computer programs. Programs used at Cowboy Jacks include Focus, Margin Edge, Chow Now, Eat Street, and 7 Shifts
Experience/Skills
- Must have 1+ years’ experience as a Bartender
- Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course and Bartender License
- Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication
