Daytime Team Member (Smoothies & Juice) – $16.50–17.50/hr Avg – No Nights

We’re hiring daytime team members at a busy Robeks location in Westlake.

This role is ideal if you’re looking for a consistent daytime schedule that fits around school hours or other responsibilities.

Pay

$16.50–17.50/hr average (base + tips, based on the past 6 months of team data)

Base pay starts at $14/hr + tips

Tips typically average $2.50–$3.50/hr depending on shift

Shift & Schedule

• Day shifts only
• All hours between 6:30am–4:00pm
• No nights, ever
• Flexible scheduling within that window (you set your availability)
• 3–5 weekday shifts

What you’ll do
