Ideal candidates are confident, warm, and knowledgeable, with a genuine love for Indian cuisine and exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit are a must.

Brampton & Malton

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests in a warm and engaging manner

Provide in-depth knowledge of menu items, including Indian fusion specialties and cocktails

Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver efficiently

Upsell daily specials and drink pairings

Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and responsive service

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow

Maintain clean dining areas and adhere to safety standards

Requirements & Certifications:

Dependable, on time, and works well within a team

Prior experience as a server in a restaurant or bar environment (1.5+ years preferred)

Valid Smart Serve Certification

Valid Food Handler Certification

Familiarity with Indian cuisine, or eagerness to learn

Excellent communication, multitasking, and upselling abilities

Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Proficient in English; knowledge of Punjabi or Hindi is an asset
