• Leadership in Training: Lead and inspire a team of Client Training Associates to provide seamless support and innovative training solutions. Your commitment to training excellence will empower them to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Quality Assurance Champion: Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of necessary Quality Frameworks and structures across all customer contacts and work streams. Your focus on quality will enhance client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
• Strategic Innovator: Create and deploy an effective strategy to deliver an industry-leading customer experience. Drive and support the delivery of quality improvement plans that shape our success.
• Master of Coordination: Organize and optimize backlog and live support schedules, ensuring smooth transitions in our product offerings. Your strategic oversight will be crucial in maintaining our quality commitments.
• Insightful Analyst: Manage reporting trends and identify opportunities for performance improvement. Engage with appropriate stakeholders to share insights and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Innovative Training Designer: Develop and deliver engaging training agendas, adapt curriculum content for diverse learning needs, and align with customer objectives to create impactful learning experiences.
• Talent Developer: Conduct thorough performance reviews, strategically schedule trainers, and lead dynamic status meetings. Your ability to nurture and grow talent will fuel our team's success and uphold quality.
• Feedback Analyst: Analyze training feedback to continuously improve programs, address conflicts with precision, and conduct informative internal classes to keep staff prepared for any challenge.
• Quality Problem Solver: Provide efficient and effective software support, swiftly identifying and resolving client issues to maintain our high-quality service standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a four-year college or university is preferred, along with 5 years of experience in training and quality, including two to four years in progressive management roles.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office skills to enhance training delivery and streamline operations.
• Organizational Mastery: Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
• Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team, fostering a professional environment centered around service excellence and quality.
• Initiative and Ownership: A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
• Group Management Expertise: Experience in managing functional groups with a focus on achieving quality outcomes.
