Location - Mumbai (Hybrid)
Experience Range - 3+ yrs
Mandatory Requirement:

On-site/Hybrid role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra

Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and key organizational priorities

Support governance, regulatory oversight, and compliance frameworks

Drive execution of critical projects with a mix of strategic thinking and operational excellence
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with regulators, advisors, and external stakeholders on regulatory and structuring matters
- Assist in structuring and operationalizing investment platforms and fund strategies
- Facilitate engagement with UHNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, and corporate partners
- Act as a central coordination point across internal teams to ensure efficient decision-making and execution
Qualification and Experience:
- CS qualification โ mandatory
- Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Experience within asset management, financial services, fund management, or capital markets
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing environment and support senior leadership in strategic decision-making
- Experience working with UHNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors will be an advantage
Preferred Skills:

Experience in AIFs, PMS, or wealth management firms

Strong proficiency in financial analysis, MS Excel, and presentations
