General labourer

Due to rapid company expansion we a full-time position where we urgently require an all round general contractor / labourer. Job role varies day to day, from minor repairs in tenanted properties, to full redecoration and refurbishment of residential, domestic and commercial properties.Ideal for those with experience in the following:General property maintenanceBasic plumbingBasic electrical workBasic carpentryPainting and decorating.Requirements:Must have full driving licenseOwn tools and basic power tools essentialExcellent communication skillsForward thinking and good problem solverGood time managementBe able to work in a team or aloneWe offer:Competitive pay depending on skills4 weeks holidayPensionCompany van and fuel cardAreas covered mainly GU and RG postcodes.Permanent position after initial trial periodSalary: Up to £27,000.00 per year
