VP Product

We are looking for a creative and talented Product Designer to join our team at TINYpulse. As a Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and passionate group of individuals to shape and enhance our innovative employee feedback platform. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve the visual design and functionality of TINYpulse's platform- Conceptualize and design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate your ideas- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends- Apply design thinking methodology to help solve complex problems and create intuitive user experiences- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately- Continuously iterate and improve on designs based on user testing and feedback- Contribute to and maintain TINYpulse's design system- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all TINYpulse products Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, preferably in a SaaS company- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite- Experience conducting user research and creating user personas- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Passion for usability, user-centered design, and creating exceptional user experiences- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow Perks: - Competitive salary and benefits package- Flexible work hours and remote work options- Open and collaborative work culture- Opportunities for professional growth and development- Work with a passionate and diverse team- Stocked kitchen with a variety of snacks and drinks- Company events and team outings If you are passionate about designing products that make a difference, then we want you to join our team at TINYpulse!
