This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless coordination of initiatives designed to enhance human potential through mindset coaching, personal growth strategies, and well-being practices. If you have experience in managing projects related to wellness, performance, or personal development, and thrive in a collaborative remote environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & StrategyDevelop comprehensive project plans for new Finding Mastery performance programs and initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Collaborate with internal teams (content creators, coaches, researchers, and leadership) to define project goals, strategies, and success metrics.Define and manage resources (time, people, tools) required to execute the programs effectively. Execution & DeliveryLead the execution of performance programs, ensuring that all phases are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development and delivery of content, workshops, webinars, and other program components.Identify potential risks and challenges early on and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track. Client & Stakeholder ManagementMaintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on program progress.Regularly update team members and senior leadership on project milestones, challenges, and achievements.Ensure that clients and participants in the programs have a positive experience, addressing any issues that arise during the course of the program. Performance & OptimizationCollect data and feedback to assess program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing for future iterations.Analyze performance metrics and participant feedback to refine and enhance program content, delivery methods, and overall impact. Collaboration & TeamworkWork closely with coaches, content teams, and external partners to ensure that program content is aligned with the company’s mission and values.Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.Qualifications:Proven experience in project management (3+ years), preferably in performance-related programs, wellness, personal growth, or similar industries.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across different teams and stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and comfortable working in digital environments.A deep interest in personal development, high performance, mental resilience, or well-being.Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
