Our mission is to preserve India’s architectural legacy through expert restoration of monuments, temples, forts, and other heritage structures. Job Role: Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor – Building Repair & Retrofitting WorksThis is a full-time on-site position based in Delhi, requiring regular travel to various project locations for billing, verification, and documentation purposes.  Key ResponsibilitiesStudy and interpret BOQs, drawings, and technical specificationsConduct quantity surveying and prepare detailed take-off sheetsPrepare and validate monthly RA (Running Account) bills for all sitesVerify and cross-check certified RA bills from project locationsIdentify and draft extra items and deviation statementsConduct cost estimation and rate analysisPrepare reconciliation statements for building materials monthlyCreate and certify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)Maintain detailed records and documentation for all BOQ items Candidate ProfileEducation: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalentExperience: Minimum 3 years in billing/estimation for CPWD or other Government building worksStrong understanding of quantity surveying, rate analysis, and building repair/restoration techniquesProficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCADExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage tasks independently and collaborate with cross-functional teamsPreference:Willingness to relocate to South DelhiMale candidates only (due to frequent site travel)Candidates from outside Delhi are welcome to apply Salary & Incentives💰 ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month, depending on experience and capability🎯 Performance-based incentives available Job Description“Billing Engineer/ Estimation Engineer /Quantity Surveyor”Job Opening: Billing Engineer – Building Repair & Retrofitting Works(Male Candidate Only)Location: Delhi (with regular site visits to Bhopal, Gwalior, Ahmedabad, Jammu, Bihar, Ranchi, and Delhi)Company: Knospe & Co LLPPosted on: 1st Nov 2025
