Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) | Full-Time
Location: Palm Coast, Florida

A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in Northeast Florida is actively seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its outpatient team in Palm Coast. 

Position Overview
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and/or geriatric patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine check-ups, preventive care, and health screenings
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with specialists and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Emphasize quality care, patient satisfaction, and continuity of care

Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for Florida medical license
• Active/eligible DEA registration
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient engagement skills
• Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred
