Client Relationship Associate - Russian Speaker

Your Mission

As our new Client Relationship Associate -Russian Speaker, you will: 

• Support a portfolio of international clients, ensuring a high‑quality, seamless service experience across immigration, residency, citizenship, and tax‑related processes. 

• Prepare, review, and submit forms, applications, and documentation in an accurate and timely manner. 

• Translate documents between Russian and English, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity. 

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout their journey. 

• Assist clients and their families during their visits to Malta, ensuring a smooth and well‑coordinated experience. 

• Collaborate with colleagues across the Private Clients team to provide holistic support throughout the residency and relocation lifecycle. 

• Build strong working relationships with local authorities, public institutions, and private service providers. 

• Develop a strong understanding of local systems, procedures, and regulatory frameworks relevant to client needs. 

• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and solutions‑oriented team culture.

About You 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Is fluent in and can communicate confidently and professionally in Russian and English. 

• Has prior experience in a client‑facing role. 

• Demonstrates strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 

• Shows a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 

• Works well independently and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment. 

• Builds positive and trust‑based relationships with clients and colleagues. 

• A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Languages, Accounting or a relating field, as well as experience in corporate services or a similar professional setting will be considered an asset.
