Title: IT HelpDesk Support SpecialistLTS.inen is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT HelpDesk Support Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a member of the LTS.inen HelpDesk team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to our employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely solutions- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new and existing employees- Educate and assist employees on proper usage of software and applications- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system- Conduct regular equipment inventory checks and document discrepancies- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to continuously enhance our IT servicesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role- Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and networking principles- Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues- Exceptional communication and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAt LTS.inen, we are dedicated to providing our employees with a supportive and collaborative work environment.
