The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture client accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and resolve any issues that arise.Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.Prepare reports on account status and client feedback for management review.RequirementsProven experience in account management or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Nice to haveExperience in the healthcare or counselling sector.Knowledge of client relationship management strategies.Relevant certifications or training in account management.
