Job Summary:
As a Hall of Fame Car Wash Team Member, you will be the face of our brand. From assisting customers and guiding vehicles onto the car wash conveyor to maintaining our site's cleanliness and functionality, your role is integral to our operations. Your commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail ensures we uphold our reputation for excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with any questions or concerns.
- Safely and efficiently guide vehicles into the car wash.
- Prep vehicles based on the specific wash package chosen.
- Provide information on our services, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Site Maintenance:
- Ensure the car wash and vacuum areas are clean and organized.
- Empty trash bins, restock towels, and other housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor equipment for issues and report any maintenance needs.
- Use cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, and hoses for specific tasks.
- Closing Procedures
- Collaborate in the cleaning and closing of the facility each day.
- Secure equipment and ensure the site is pristine.
- Perform end-of-day inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate for a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Assist customers and team members with efficient car wash processes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Stand for up to 4 consecutive hours.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on cleanliness and maintenance.
- Basic equipment troubleshooting skills (training provided).
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
