Job Summary:

The Service Porter assists the service department with the handling of all vehicles and customers, while keeping the service drive clean and orderly.
Job Duties:
- Provide a world class experience for our customers and your colleagues

- Relentlessly strive to improve customer interaction
- Maintain positive body language and attitude that reflects the spirit of service to others
- Keep the service drive clear at all times
- Park vehicles in the designated areas and place the keys in the proper location
- Constantly clean the service drive: (sweep, pick up trash, dust trash cans)
- Stage rental vehicles in proper location
- Roll up all windows and lock all service vehicles every time you park a main shop vehicle
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
