We are looking for a senior marketing executive to join our Nordic marketing team, working closely with our vendor partners, internal Business Units and wider Nordic marketing organization.

Job Purpose

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and performance of marketing campaigns and activities across our vendor portfolio.

Working closely with our vendors and TD SYNNEX Business Units, you will develop and deliver marketing initiatives that support strategic priorities, drive sales and generate measurable return on investment.

You will take end-to-end ownership of marketing projects, from campaign planning and vendor funding negotiations through execution, budget management and ROI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners, Business Units and internal stakeholders.

• Plan and deliver quarterly marketing campaigns in collaboration with the relevant Business Units and vendors.

• Negotiate vendor marketing funding and ensure effective utilization of available budgets.

• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide clear ROI and performance reporting.

• Contribute to marketing income and overall Business Unit profitability.

• Produce, edit and review marketing copy and campaign content.

• Provide creative input into campaign concepts, messaging and design.

• Manage relationships with external suppliers and ensure relevant third-party suppliers are correctly onboarded and regularly reviewed.

• Support the administration of Proof of Execution (POE) documentation when required.

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with TD SYNNEX policies and compliance requirements.

• Participate in regular meetings with marketing colleagues across the Nordic region, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

• Participate in and contribute to local, regional and central marketing projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within B2B, technology, distribution or a vendor environment.

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

• fluency in at least 1 Nordic language and English ​, both written and spoken, is essential.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.

• Commercial mindset with an understanding of marketing budgets, ROI and campaign performance.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Confident negotiating with vendors and external partners.

• Strong copywriting, editing and communication skills.

• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable working with data, reporting and marketing performance metrics.

• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in an international and Nordic environment.
