Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend services. The role requires actively contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to incorporate new technologies and methodologies, maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. This position demands a proactive mindset to continuously improve system performance and user experience while adapting to evolving project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in building scalable web applications using modern front-end frameworks and backend technologies.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in an agile environment.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
