Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end container dispatch operations across truck, rail, and barge networks, ensuring timely execution and service delivery.
- Manage daily interactions with customers, carriers, terminal operators, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and exceptions.
- Monitor shipment and container movements, proactively identifying risks and driving timely corrective actions.
- Ensure achievement of customer service commitments through effective planning, communication, and exception management.
- Deliver a customer-centric experience by addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and contributing to positive NPS outcomes.
- Maintain accurate operational records, system updates, and documentation to ensure visibility, compliance, and process integrity.
- Oversee accessorial costs, equipment utilization, container idling, and related approvals to drive operational efficiency.
- Foster strong stakeholder partnerships, support cross-functional team objectives, and contribute to continuous process and vendor performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Graduate
- Should be able to speak and write Spanish and English
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Shipping Industry for Voice/Non-voice. (Better if from shipping landside process)
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City; Full mid shift schedule
Technical Skills: MS Office tools, SAP BI applications/tools, programs or systems colleague would be responsible for operating, any other assisting software.
