Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across Europe
Own end-to-end recruitment delivery aligned to business growth and workforce plans - Lead recruitment for new warehouse site launches across Europe, ensuring strong project management, coordination, and timely hiring delivery
- Translate workforce strategies into structured hiring plans in partnership with HR and business leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving governance and structured hiring processes
- Standardise and optimise recruitment processes, embedding consistent and compliant practices
- Leverage data and insights to track performance, inform decision-making, and improve hiring outcomes
What We Are Looking For:
- Deep understanding of the Contract Logistics market is essential, including warehouse, distribution, and site leadership hiring
- Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in a complex, multi-country environment
- Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment within logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics environments
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale hiring, including new site or operational launch recruitment
- Strong project management capability, with ability to coordinate hiring across multiple stakeholders and locations
