The team is based at Nike’s EMEA Headquarters in the Netherlands.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Day to day, the Senior Producer works in close partnership with a multidisciplinary Nike creative team, including designers, copywriters, creative leaders and producers. They partner closely with Brand Creative leadership and creative teammates, and collaborate across teams such as Brand Management, Sports Marketing, Communications, Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, Health & Safety and Procurement.
They collaborate with peers across EMEA Brand Creative Production in Hilversum, Paris and London, as well as with the broader Nike production network across Global and other Geography teams.
Outside Nike, they build and maintain strong relationships with a broad network of external agencies, production partners, and creative artists.
They report directly to the Director, Brand Creative, and Production.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Day to day, you will lead the delivery of successful projects across content, digital and physical experiences, and retail. You will operate at both strategic and executional levels, driving creative excellence while ensuring operational details are seamlessly executed from concept through final delivery.
You will be a creative thought partner to your peers, collaborating early to shape ideas, elevate concepts and strengthen Nike’s storytelling. You will identify, recommend and introduce creative talent, agencies and production partners who can bring bold ideas to life, while balancing creative ambition with business priorities, scale and impact.
You will bring a holistic, big-picture view to every project, translating creative ambition into clear production strategies. You will lead the end-to-end production process, owning all aspects of creative production. This includes art buying and sourcing world-class creative talent; managing contracts, budgets and financial governance; building and overseeing integrated timelines; leading production on set and at live events; and overseeing post-production delivery. You will align cross-functional partners, anticipate risk and guide Producers and Junior Producers with clarity and confidence to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
Beyond individual projects, you will lead and contribute to team-wide initiatives that improve efficiency and innovation within production. You will share expertise, help define and implement new ways of working, and set a high bar for production rigor, leadership, creative thought partnership and craft. You will actively support the wider Brand Creative community, participating in team moments and initiatives that foster a culture of sport, inclusion, collaboration and creative excellence.
