Industrial Electrician

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer known for high-quality, advanced manufacturing operations, is looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join their growing maintenance team in Windsor, Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed electrician looking to work in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment, PLCs, robotics, and controls, along with strong opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive electrical maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Install and maintain industrial electrical machinery and equipment.
• Read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot drives, motors, controls, and other production equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 442A or 309A Electrician Licence – required
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Ability/willingness to learn PLC and robot programming
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience is an asset
• Post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution
