Job Description
Just imagine shaping the digital shopping experience for retail partners across India and Emerging Asia. Then make it real.
About the role
As our Assistant Manager, Digital Merchandising, you'll support digital merchandising initiatives across the India and Emerging Asia B2B e-commerce channel, helping scale the LEGO® brand through stronger digital shelf execution, product content, catalog management, landing pages, and campaign merchandising. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, creative partners, distributors, and regional stakeholders to improve online visibility, shopper engagement, and commercial growth across a diverse group of emerging markets.
Required Qualifications
Delivered digital merchandising initiatives across e-commerce retailers, marketplaces, pure-play platforms, or omnichannel customers.
Managed product detail pages, catalog content, assortment planning, and digital shelf optimization activities.
Built performance reporting that informed e-commerce decisions and supported commercial growth.
Led collaboration with sales, marketing, agencies, distributors, and other business partners to execute campaigns.
Improved product content quality, digital shelf visibility, online conversion, or related performance metrics.
Coordinated merchandising activities across multiple markets, regions, or stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications
Managed digital merchandising activities across Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms.
What you'll build
Digital merchandising standards, guidelines, and governance across Emerging Asia.
Stronger digital shelf health and content quality across priority partners.
Effective brand landing pages, site navigation experiences, and product detail pages.
Consistent campaign execution that supports shopper engagement and commercial objectives.
Scalable merchandising processes and reporting frameworks for the region.
Actionable insights that improve brand visibility and support e-commerce growth.
If you've worked in a role where you improved online product presentation, partnered with commercial teams, and used data to guide decisions, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn insights into action and deliver measurable merchandising outcomes.
Life on the team
You'll join the India & Emerging Asia B2B E-commerce team within the Sales function at the LEGO Group. We're focused on accelerating growth through premium digital brand experiences and strong retail partnerships. The team works in a highly collaborative way, bringing together e-commerce, commercial, marketing, agency, and distributor partners. You'll have space to take ownership, think critically, adapt to changing priorities, contribute new ideas, and help shape how we work across the region.
What success looks like
Success means building consistent merchandising excellence across markets with different levels of e-commerce maturity while maintaining high standards of content accuracy and brand presentation. Over time, you'll help strengthen merchandising practices, expand digital commerce capabilities, and increase the use of analytics across the region. You'll work closely with the Senior E-commerce Manager, sales teams, retail and digital marketing teams, agency partners, distributors, analytics specialists, and regional digital merchandisers to make that happen.
