Your Role: Quality Assurance Intern – Clinton, Indiana (Summer 2027)
As a Summer 2027 Quality Assurance Intern with Elanco Animal Health, you will be part of the Quality Assurance team at our Clinton, Indiana manufacturing plant, to deliver a practical solution while gaining exposure to many career paths and diverse subject matter experts as many projects have site-wide impact. There will be several opportunities to gain experience in different areas within Quality, such as Quality Management System, Animal Health Products, and Audits.
Your Responsibilities:
Defining, measuring, analyzing, and improving identified processes within the quality organization.
Understand the Manufacturing processes and how Quality supports the process and business and gain real-world experience in a regulated environment.
Work within cross-functional teams to support inspection readiness activities, investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
Assist with the production and analytical processes to ensure they are carried out with appropriate quality standards.
Study design improvement process.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Currently enrolled in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a similar major.
Top Skills: Experience in Microsoft Suites and a willingness to learn

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to work exceptionally well independently and with minimal supervision
Additional Information:
Travel: 10% - to corporate facility in Indianapolis, IN for opening/closing

Competitive Salary: $20-$40/hour (dependent upon major and year in school)
