You will assess, plan and deliver specialized care to critically ill newborns while advocating for families and leading care coordination across an inter-professional team.
What you need to bring:
- Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire
- 1 year of NICU experience as an RN
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
- NRP certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
