This role will be responsible for supporting execution of the NAB Assist retail collections strategy and decision analytics.

Experience:

• Experience of 2+ years in delivering credit risk/collections strategies 

• Project management experience

• Experience in implementing Learning & Development best practices

• Ability to use analytics to develop and prove out strategic concepts 

• Python, SQL, SAS, PowerBI, Tableau or similar analytical and visualization tools

• Tertiary qualifications are not essential but any qualification and experience in Banking and Finance and Collections / Strategy and Decisioning would be highly regarded

Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role:

• Leading portfolio analysis, monitoring and creation of collections strategies for retail and business lending products

• Ensuring the effectiveness of those strategies, proposing champion/challenger and monitoring outcomes to promote strategy effectively and on-going uplift to drive high intensity and early engagement with customers, while continuing to transform NAB Assist into a best practice collections and hardship function.  

• Ensuring NAB is compliant with obligations under the NCC, Debt Collection Guidelines and Banking Code of Practice from a customer contact perspective.  

• Supporting generation of reporting and insights.

• Providing content to assist NAB Assist leaders presenting at stakeholder forums on performance metrics and key insights.
