Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional development and knowledge growth.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Strong understanding of time management modules within SAP SuccessFactors and their application in business processes.
- Experience in analyzing client requirements and designing tailored solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to time management configurations and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Capability to adapt to evolving technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
