Systems Coordinator – Quality & Compliance
Kettering | Up to £25,235 | Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
Are you looking for a role where your attention to detail really matters?
An established and highly respected organisation is looking for a Systems Coordinator to join its technical team in Kettering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a quality, compliance, administration or technical background who enjoys working with processes, documentation and systems — and wants to develop their career within a specialist environment.
You don't need to be an expert in everything from day one. Full training and support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
What will you be doing?
Working as part of a specialist team, you'll help maintain and improve quality and health & safety systems, including:
- Maintaining accurate quality and compliance records
- Coordinating equipment calibration and maintenance documentation
- Supporting audits, assessments and accreditation activities
- Carrying out risk assessments and supporting quality checks
- Managing testing and trial participation
- Helping develop and update procedures and documentation
- Supporting health & safety and environmental compliance
- Maintaining training and competency records
- Assisting with purchasing and verification of materials
- Ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and up to date
- Working with colleagues across different departments to keep processes running smoothly
About you
We're looking for someone who is organised, methodical and naturally detail-focused.
You might already have experience in quality, compliance, administration, laboratory/technical environments or a similar setting — or you may be looking for an opportunity to transfer your skills into a new industry.
You'll ideally have:
- A-levels or equivalent, including Mathematics
- Previous experience within a quality-focused environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to follow procedures and instructions carefully
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- An understanding of why quality systems and compliance are important
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, quality management systems or health & safety would be advantageous — but isn't essential.
What's on offer?
- Salary up to £25,235
- 37.5 hours per week - Monday–Friday, full-time
- Training and development opportunities
- 25–28 days' annual leave, depending on service
- Group personal pension
- Life assurance
- Income protection
- Free on-site parking
Why apply?
If you're someone who takes pride in getting things right first time, enjoys working with systems and processes, and wants a role where you can continue learning and developing, this could be a great fit.
It's a chance to join a specialist, established organisation and build valuable experience in quality, compliance and technical systems.
