The Devices Fulfillment Leader will lead fulfillment operations by managing customer escalations, order execution, shipments, and fulfillment-related processes to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Job Description
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Lead customer service and fulfillment specialist to comply with customer escalations, order order execution, shipments, and fulfillment-related processes to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Process, review, and release customer orders for fulfillment. Monitor order status and prioritize based on balance of inputs
Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities with warehouse and logistics teams. Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
Validate material availability to support order fulfillment. Collaborate with materials and planning teams to resolve shortages or allocation issues
Manage order escalations and drive timely resolution. Identify root causes for delays (e.g., material gaps, system issues, process breakdowns).
Communicate status updates and recovery plans to stakeholders. Escalate critical risks impacting customer delivery commitments
Provide order status updates to internal teams and customers. Align fulfillment timelines with customer expectations. Act as a liaison between regions, operations, and supply chain teams
Maintain accurate records in ERP/fulfillment systems (e.g., Oracle, DPS). Identify process gaps and own improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
Support implementation of new tools, dashboards, or workflows
Track and support key KPIs (On-Time Delivery, Past Due, Cycle Time, Fill Rate).
Contribute to backlog reduction and shipment targets
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and reliability
Comply with EHS regulations and policies; identify and report any EHS concern and support corrective actions.
Quality Expectations:
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years order management of freight forwarder operations experience OR 5+ years of equivalent experience.
Ability to work in a cross-functional, global team environment
Microsoft Office knowledge, i.e. Excel, Power Point, and Word
Bilingual English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Materials or Supply Chain Management and Minimum of 4 years of supply chain management and customer service experience.
APICS experience.
Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different countries and cultures.
Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within the organization Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments.
Experience working in a compliant supply chain Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Oracle order management experience
