Pay: $30.00–$42.00 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability

ISD Construction is hiring an experienced Bathroom Remodeling Installer / Lead Installer to join our residential remodeling team.
We specialize in shower and bath replacement, bathroom remodeling, and residential renovation projects. We are looking for someone who knows the trades, takes pride in their workmanship, and wants an opportunity where greater skill, responsibility, and production lead to greater earning potential.
If you have hands-on experience installing showers and tubs, completing bathroom remodels, troubleshooting problems in the field, and working professionally inside customers' homes, we want to hear from you.
This is an immediate-hire, full-time position.
Product-specific and on-the-job training will be provided as needed, but this position is primarily intended for applicants who already have meaningful residential construction or remodeling experience.
Compensation
Starting pay: $30.00–$42.00 per hour
Starting compensation will be determined by demonstrated experience, skill level, ability to work independently, workmanship, responsibilities, and production.
Installer — approximately $30–$34/hour
Generally appropriate for an experienced tradesperson who:
- Has residential remodeling or construction experience
- Can perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finish work
- Is proficient with common hand and power tools
- Can complete assigned work with reasonable supervision
- Understands basic carpentry, plumbing, drywall, trim, and remodeling practices
- Works efficiently and maintains professional-quality workmanship
Experienced Installer — approximately $34–$38/hour
Generally appropriate for an installer who:
- Has strong bathroom remodeling experience
- Can perform most shower and bath replacements from demolition through completion
- Has plumbing, carpentry, drywall, trim, and finish-work capabilities
- Can diagnose and solve common field conditions
- Requires limited supervision
- Can communicate professionally with homeowners
- Consistently completes work to company quality and production standards
Lead Installer — approximately $38–$42/hour
Generally appropriate for a highly experienced installer who can:
- Independently run bathroom remodeling and shower replacement projects
- Take responsibility for a project from demolition through final completion
- Perform or coordinate the necessary plumbing, carpentry, wall repair, trim, and finish work
- Accurately measure, plan, and prepare installations
- Troubleshoot unexpected job-site conditions
- Maintain project schedules and production expectations
- Direct and train an installer/helper when necessary
- Maintain excellent communication with customers
- Perform final quality-control inspections
- Represent ISD Construction professionally without constant supervision
Exceptional candidates with proven lead-installer capabilities may be considered for compensation above the typical starting level as responsibilities and production increase.

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and position level, responsibilities may include:
- Shower and bathtub tear-outs and replacements
- Tub-to-shower conversions
- Acrylic shower and bath system installation
- Walk-in tub installation
- Full and partial bathroom remodeling
- Demolition and job-site preparation
- Shower base and bathtub installation
- Shower wall system installation
- Plumbing valve and fixture installation
- Shower door installation
- Minor framing and carpentry
- Drywall and wall repair
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Flooring and finish work
- Measuring and laying out installations
- Identifying and correcting job-site problems
- Loading and organizing materials, tools, and equipment
- Protecting customers' homes during construction
- Maintaining clean and professional job sites
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Completing projects efficiently and on schedule
- Maintaining ISD Construction's standards for workmanship and customer service
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has hands-on residential remodeling or construction experience
- Has experience with bathroom remodeling, shower installation, bath replacement, or related trades
- Takes pride in producing clean, professional-quality work
- Works efficiently without sacrificing workmanship
- Is dependable and consistently reports to work on time
- Can troubleshoot and solve problems in the field
- Can work independently and as part of a crew
- Treats customers and their homes with respect
- Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas responsibly
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is willing to learn ISD Construction's installation systems and procedures
- Speaks fluent English
- Has reliable transportation
- Can safely perform the physical requirements of residential construction and remodeling
Experience with acrylic shower systems, tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tubs, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, shower doors, trim, or finish work is highly desirable.
