As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients' properties are well-maintained and in good working condition. You should have a strong understanding of various building systems and be able to troubleshoot and fix issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify any potential issues
• Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety regulations
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and materials
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general maintenance tasks
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional technical training or certifications are a plus
