Description
Connexis Search Group is conducting a national executive search for a Chief Executive Officer to lead a physician-owned, subspecialty pathology laboratory recognized for rapid turnaround and diagnostic excellence in dermatopathology, GI, GU, breast, and hematopathology.
The ideal candidate brings operational and financial leadership experience from an independent pathology group, dermatopathology lab, or scaled commercial reference laboratory, and is prepared to relocate on-site to lead day-to-day operations alongside the practice's founding pathologists.
This is a base-salary role with uncapped, EBITDA-linked profit-sharing for the right leader ready to build the operational backbone of a fast-growing, physician-led lab.
