Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
• Bonus Potential: Up to 10% (prorated in the first year)
• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of less than 100 claims, with seasonal variations.
• Handle first-party hull claims with average exposure sizes under $100,000 and liability claims ranging from $25,000 to $1M.
• Maintain a litigation rate of less than 10%, with a target closer to 5%.
• Exercise authority limits based on experience and company guidelines.
• Obtain and maintain adjuster licenses for the home state and additional jurisdictions as required.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
• Provide expert analysis and recommendations on complex aerospace claims.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Licensing: Active adjuster license, with home state license mandatory (Texas and Florida preferred).
• Experience: 5-12+ years of experience in aviation and insurance claims.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of aerospace claims, including first-party hull and liability claims.
• Location: Must reside west of the Mississippi.
• Other: Ability to manage claims across multiple states/jurisdictions, primarily on the East Coast.
