Description
Medivet South Wootton is looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a 40-hour per week, Monday–Friday position, with a requirement to work a share of Saturday mornings at our Wisbech practice.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team consisting of 2 Vets, 1 SVN and 1 CCA, where we pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care and a supportive working environment.
We’re looking for an RVN who is enthusiastic, compassionate and enjoys being part of a team.
A Clinical Coach qualification would be ideal, particularly for supporting the development of our SVN, although this isn’t essential.
Working out of our Heacham branch from time to time may also be necessary.

About you
You’re a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.
What you’ll be doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
- Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
- Deliver exceptional care to your clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
